QuickMail pricing plans and what an outbound team really pays per month

QuickMail has three published plans. Starter costs $49 a month and includes 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Growth costs $99 a month with 25,000 contacts and 100,000 emails. Agency costs $299 a month with 100,000 contacts, 500,000 emails and 2 workspaces. Every plan has unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts and unlimited users, and every plan has a 14-day free trial. QuickMail sells sending only, so the list, the verification and the copy are costs you carry on top.

How much does QuickMail cost per month for one person

One person starting out pays $49 a month on Starter. That covers 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month, which fits a founder running one or two campaigns to a small list. The uploaded contact cap is the number to watch, because it limits how many prospects can sit in the account at once.

Is there a QuickMail free trial

Yes, each plan carries a 14-day free trial. QuickMail asks for a card at signup to keep spammers out, and its pricing page says it will not charge the card or subscribe the account when the trial ends. You stay in control of when to pay. The page also says there is no contract, you can cancel in account settings, and changes are prorated.

What QuickMail pricing does not include

QuickMail describes itself as a platform for sending cold emails at scale and handling replies. Its FAQ says it does not provide cold email marketing or lead generation services. That means four lines are not in any plan.

CostWhere it comes from
Prospect list A separate data subscription or manual research
Email verification A separate validator, billed per address or per month
Writing each first email Your own time, or a writer, or an AI tool
Mailboxes and domains You connect inboxes you already pay for

None of this is a flaw. A sender with a clean list and a clear offer needs none of it. It does mean the plan price is the smallest part of the bill for a team starting from nothing.

What a small team really pays for QuickMail

A worked example for a three-person team that needs about 2,500 new verified contacts a month and an email written for each. It covers software only and leaves out mailboxes and domains.

SetupMonthly billing
QuickMail Growth, sending only $99
Growth plus a prospect data subscription $99 plus the data price
Growth plus data plus an email validator $99 plus two more bills
ColdReach Growth, 3 members, 15 mailboxes $149
ColdReach Growth, billed yearly $74

Starter is not enough here, because 2,500 prospects a month exceed its 1,000 uploaded contacts. We have not put a price on the data and validation lines, because they depend on the vendor and your volume. Price them at your numbers and add them to $99. ColdReach Growth includes 2,500 verified contacts, 5,000 AI-written emails and 5,000 verifications a month in the price shown. Full limits are on the cold email software pricing page.

QuickMail is still the cheaper sender. The comparison changes when the list, the verification and the writing are bought as well.

QuickMail pricing compared with an all-in-one plan

The detailed feature table is on our QuickMail alternative page. In short:

ColdReachQuickMail

Verification 1,000 to 80,000 a month by plan Not listed on the pricing page

Mailboxes Connect your own, automatic ramp-up and rotation Unlimited senders, AutoWarmer included
LinkedIn Not included Unlimited accounts on every plan

When QuickMail is the right buy and when it is not

Buy QuickMail when you already own a clean list, write your own copy, want unlimited senders and LinkedIn accounts, and send in volume. At $99 for 100,000 emails a month it is the lower price for that job.

Look at something else when the real cost is the weeks spent finding prospects, checking addresses and writing first lines. That work is where a team plan with data and writing inside pays for itself, and it is the same pattern we describe in our best cold email software guide.

Once replies start turning into booked calls, the next cost is usually the quote. A small team can have proposal software for the quote that follows a reply ready before the first meeting.

How much does QuickMail cost

Starter is $49 a month, Growth is $99 and Agency is $299, all with unlimited senders, LinkedIn accounts and users. Contacts and monthly emails are capped by plan. Check its pricing page for current numbers.

Does QuickMail charge per user

No. Its pricing page says it does not charge per seat, and every plan lists unlimited users. The limits that rise with price are uploaded contacts, emails sent a month and workspaces.

Does QuickMail charge after the free trial

Its pricing page says it does not. The 14-day trial asks for a card to prevent abuse, but the account is not subscribed to a paid plan when the trial ends.

Does QuickMail include lead data

No. QuickMail states it is a sending platform and does not offer lead generation services, so you upload contacts you source elsewhere. ColdReach builds the prospect list and verifies each address inside the plan.

What is cheaper than QuickMail

For sending alone, few tools undercut $49 a month. For finding, verifying, writing and sending together, ColdReach Growth at $74 a month billed yearly replaces the sender, the list and the verifier in one plan.
