Sequence conditions for replied, bounced and clicked
Conditions decide what happens next for each prospect, so nobody gets an email that no longer makes sense.
- Replied: the prospect leaves the sequence at once and the reply lands in the unified inbox for cold email
- Bounced: the address is marked, the prospect stops receiving steps and the bounce counts toward the mailbox health checks
- Clicked: you can send a different next step to prospects who clicked a link than to those who did not
- Unsubscribed: the contact is suppressed immediately across every sequence and every mailbox
LinkedIn task steps the rep completes
LinkedIn steps sit inside the same sequence as manual tasks: view the profile, send a connection request or send a message. ColdReach puts the task in the rep's queue on the right day with the prospect's details and a suggested message. The rep completes it in LinkedIn and marks it done. Your mailboxes, your pace
Sequences send only from the mailboxes you connect, by OAuth for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, or by SMTP and IMAP for any other provider. ColdReach never sends from its own mail servers. Sending stays inside the limits that protect your domain.

Starter runs 5 active sequences with 3 connected mailboxes. Growth runs 25 active sequences with 15 mailboxes. Questions
Does a sequence stop when a prospect replies
Yes. A reply removes the prospect from the sequence at once, so they never get a follow up after answering, and the reply appears in the shared reply inbox.
Can I mix email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence
Yes. LinkedIn steps are manual tasks for the rep inside the same sequence. ColdReach schedules them and reminds the rep, and the rep completes them in LinkedIn.
Can I edit a sequence while it runs
Yes. You can change future steps, delays and wording at any time. Prospects who already received a step continue with the updated steps that come after it.
Does deleting a sequence give back my monthly limits
No. Limits count what you use in the billing period, such as AI emails written and addresses verified. Deleting a sequence does not return that usage.
