Every record in the database comes from one of three kinds of sources. We do not use purchased lists of non-business addresses, and the Terms do not allow customers to upload them.

Verified before every sequence
People change jobs and companies change domains, so a stored address can stop working. Every contact passes the email verifier before it enters a sequence, with syntax, domain, MX and mailbox checks. Risky and catch-all addresses are flagged and invalid ones never send.
Records you can refresh
When a record is old, check it again before you use it. The last-checked date updates, and the verification result is stored on the record, so the next person on your team sees the same picture.
CAN-SPAM and GDPR handled honestly
The database is built for outreach to people in their business role. For US recipients, CAN-SPAM requires accurate headers, honest subject lines, a valid physical postal address that you supply in your signature settings and an opt-out that is honored. ColdReach adds an unsubscribe link to every email and suppresses unsubscribed contacts at once. For EU contacts, the legitimate interest assessment is the sender's responsibility. ColdReach supports access and deletion requests, keeps suppression lists and applies stricter defaults. We do not give legal advice.
Deletion and suppression requests
When a person asks to be removed, the request is handled and the contact is suppressed so they do not enter your sequences again.
Verified contacts per month

No. Contacts come with every ColdReach plan, together with verification, AI-personalized emails and sequences, within the monthly allowance of the plan.
Can I export contacts
Yes. Contacts and activity can be exported as CSV, and on higher plans they sync with popular CRMs. Exports count as consumption in the billing period.
How do I know a record is current
Every record shows its source and last-checked date, and every address is verified before it enters a sequence.
Does the database include personal email addresses
It is built for work emails of people in their business role. The Terms do not allow purchased lists of non-business addresses.
