Email deliverability that protects your domain on every send
Cold email only works when it reaches the inbox. ColdReach checks the DNS records of every domain you connect, keeps each mailbox under a safe daily cap, raises volume gradually, and pauses a mailbox on its own when bounces or complaints start to rise, so one bad week does not cost you months of domain reputation.
An email deliverability tester for your sending domains
When you connect a mailbox, ColdReach looks up the records of its sending domain and shows the result next to the mailbox. You see at a glance whether the domain is ready to send cold email or what to fix first.
- SPF: we check that the record exists and that it authorizes the service your mailbox actually sends through.
- DKIM: we check that messages from the mailbox carry a valid signature for your domain.
- DMARC: we check that a policy is published and show which policy it is.
- MX: we check that the domain can receive replies, because a domain that cannot receive mail looks suspicious to inbox providers.
Fix records before the first send
Every failed check comes with a plain explanation of what the record does and what to ask your DNS administrator to change. A mailbox with a failing check is marked in the app before you add it to a sequence, so problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.
Daily caps per mailbox
Each connected mailbox has its own daily sending cap. ColdReach never pushes a mailbox past it, even when a sequence has more prospects waiting. The rest of the queue moves to the next day or to another mailbox.
Gradual ramp-up for new mailboxes
New mailboxes start low and climb step by step. The ramp-up is the same mechanism described on our email warmup tool page, and it runs on every mailbox you connect.
Rotation across your mailboxes
Sending is spread across all mailboxes attached to a sequence, so no single address carries the whole campaign. Starter connects up to 3 mailboxes, Growth 15, Scale 50 and Enterprise 150.
Sent from your own mailboxes
ColdReach never sends from its own mail servers. Messages go out from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes connected by OAuth, or from any mailbox connected by SMTP and IMAP. Your domain, your reputation, your control.
Bounce and complaint watch
ColdReach watches bounces and complaints for every mailbox while a sequence runs. When either one starts to climb, the mailbox pauses automatically and you see why in the app. Nothing resumes until you decide it should.
Verification before a contact enters a sequence
Every address passes syntax, domain, MX and mailbox checks before it can be sent to. Risky and catch-all addresses are flagged. Read more on the email verifier page.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. When a prospect unsubscribes or asks to be removed in a reply, the contact is suppressed immediately across all your sequences and mailboxes. Our can-spam cold email rules page explains the rest of the compliance defaults.
Content that reads like a person wrote it
Generic templates sent to hundreds of people look like bulk mail. ColdReach writes a personal first line and body for each prospect from their website, and you approve the drafts before the first send. See how on the ai sdr page.
Deliverability per mailbox and per sequence
The analytics view shows sent, delivered, bounced and replied for every mailbox and every sequence, measured on your own sending. You spot a weak mailbox early instead of discovering it after the campaign.
- Domain record status for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX
- Current daily cap and ramp-up stage of each mailbox
- Pause reason when a mailbox stops on its own
- Suppressed contacts and the reason for each one
Questions
Does ColdReach test my domain records automatically
Yes. When you connect a mailbox, ColdReach checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX for its sending domain and shows the result next to the mailbox, with an explanation for every failed check.
Can ColdReach change my DNS records for me
No. DNS stays under your control. We show what is missing and what the record should do, and your DNS administrator makes the change.
What happens when a mailbox gets too many bounces
The mailbox pauses automatically and the app shows the reason. Other mailboxes in the sequence keep sending within their own caps, and you resume the paused one when you are ready.
Do you send email from your own servers
No. ColdReach sends only from the mailboxes you connect, by OAuth for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 or by SMTP and IMAP for other providers.
Which plan includes deliverability protection
Every plan. Domain checks, caps, ramp-up, rotation, automatic pausing and suppression are on by default from Starter at $49 per month. Compare plans on the cold email software pricing page.
Protect your domain from the first campaign
Connect your mailboxes, see the state of your domain records, and send at a pace inbox providers accept. Plans start at $24 per month billed yearly.
