Cold email analytics that show which outreach turns into meetings
A Head of Sales needs three answers every week. Which sequences create meetings, which mailboxes stay healthy, and which reps turn replies into pipeline. ColdReach answers all three in one report, built only from your own sends, with no invented benchmarks and no vanity numbers.
Six metrics that follow the funnel
Every report follows the path of an email from your mailbox to a booked meeting.
- Sent: emails that left your connected mailboxes
- Delivered: emails accepted by the receiving server
- Bounced: emails rejected, split into hard and soft bounces
- Replied: prospects who answered
- Positive replies: replies classified as interested or meeting request
- Meetings: meetings recorded for prospects in the sequence
Replies sorted before they are counted
Positive replies come from the AI classification in the unified inbox for cold email. Each reply is sorted into interested, meeting request, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe or out of office, and a rep can correct the category with one click. Reports use the corrected category, so an out of office note never inflates your reply count.
Analytics per sequence
See which sequence and which step brings replies and meetings. Compare steps side by side and find the follow up where prospects stop answering. Combine this with cold email a/b testing to see which version of a step wins on your own replies.
Analytics per mailbox
Every connected mailbox has its own line with sent, delivered and bounced. A rising bounce count shows up here before it hurts your domain, and ColdReach pauses a mailbox automatically when bounces or complaints rise. The email deliverability page explains the checks behind it.
Analytics per rep
Managers see the work of each rep: emails approved and sent, LinkedIn tasks completed, replies handled and meetings booked. It is a fair picture of activity and results in one place, without spreadsheets assembled on Friday afternoon.
No benchmarks, only your data
ColdReach does not show industry averages or promise a reply rate. Markets, offers and lists differ too much for a borrowed number to mean anything. You see what your own sequences, mailboxes and reps produce, and you decide what good looks like for your team.
Why opens are not the headline
Many mail clients load or block tracking images automatically, which makes open counts unreliable. ColdReach puts replies, positive replies and meetings at the center of every report, because those are the signals a person sent you.
Numbers that match your pipeline
On Growth and higher plans, replies and meetings sync with popular CRMs through our cold email CRM integration, and every plan can export data as CSV. Scale adds webhooks and Enterprise adds the API, so your team can pull figures into its own dashboards. Plans start at $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, and the full comparison is on our cold email software pricing page.
Questions
Which metrics does ColdReach report
Sent, delivered, bounced, replied, positive replies and meetings, for each sequence, each mailbox and each rep.
Does ColdReach compare my results with industry benchmarks
No. Reports show only your own data, because averages from other markets and lists do not tell you how your outreach performs.
How are positive replies counted
A positive reply is a reply classified as interested or meeting request in the reply inbox. When a rep corrects a category, reports use the corrected one.
Can I export my analytics
Yes. Every plan can export data as CSV, Growth and higher plans sync with popular CRMs, Scale adds webhooks and Enterprise adds the API.
