ColdReach is built for outreach to business contacts at companies. Contacting individual candidates at personal addresses is outside the way the product is meant to be used.
Where does the contact data come from
From public company websites, public business registries and licensed business data partners. Every record shows its source and last-checked date in the app.
Do I need to add my postal address to emails
Yes. CAN-SPAM requires a valid physical postal address, and you add it in your signature settings. ColdReach adds an unsubscribe link to every email.
Can I edit every email before it goes out
Yes. By default every AI email waits for your approval before the first send, and you can change any part of it.
