In the United States, business cold email is legal when it follows the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate headers, honest subject lines, your physical postal address and a working opt-out. Yes. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments are final, with the exceptions described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not reverse a payment already made.

Limits count consumption in the billing period. Each verified contact added, AI email generated, verification run and export uses quota, and the full allowance returns with the next period.

No. Deleting a contact, an email or a sequence never returns quota. What you used in the period stays counted.
