What happens if the AI picks the wrong category
A rep changes the category with one click. The corrected category is the one used in reports and in CRM sync.
How fast is an unsubscribe applied
Immediately. As soon as the prospect clicks the unsubscribe link or the reply is classified as unsubscribe, the address is suppressed across every sequence and mailbox in your workspace.
Does ColdReach read emails that are not replies to my sequences
The inbox shows replies to emails sent through ColdReach. Other mail in your mailbox stays in your mail client.
