How monthly limits work
Limits count what you use in each billing period: contacts you verify, emails the AI writes and addresses you check. Deleting a contact or a draft does not return it to your allowance. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Need more in a month? Move to the next plan at any time and the higher limits apply right away.
Questions
Is pricing per seat?
No. Each plan includes a number of users for the whole team, so adding a rep within your plan costs nothing extra.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing costs exactly half of the monthly price. Starter is $24 per month billed yearly instead of $49 per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and you pay the difference right away. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final. We refund only a duplicate charge, a proved unauthorised charge or a total failure of the service. Read the full Refund Policy.
Can Enterprise pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise is billed by invoice and includes a security questionnaire pack and priority support with a named contact. Scale can pay by card or invoice.
