Salesforge pricing plans and what an outbound team really pays per month

Salesforge has two published plans. Pro costs $40 a month billed monthly and includes 1,000 active contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Growth costs $80 a month and includes 10,000 active contacts and 50,000 emails a month. Both include unlimited mailboxes, warm-up and workspaces, and annual billing is advertised as two months free. Lead data, mailboxes, domains and the AI SDR are separate products, so the plan price is rarely the whole bill. A 14-day free trial is available.

Salesforge pricing plans and prices

These figures come from Salesforge's public pricing page. Prices exclude taxes and can change, so confirm them on its site before you sign up.

ProGrowth
Price, billed monthly $40 a month $80 a month
Annual billing Advertised as two months free, total not shown Advertised as two months free, total not shown
Active contacts 1,000 10,000
Emails a month 5,000 50,000
Validation credits a month 300 1,000
Personalization credits a month 300 1,000
Social action credits a month 300 1,000
LinkedIn senders 1 Unlimited
Users 1 Unlimited
Mailboxes, warm-up, workspaces Unlimited Unlimited

The page says you can buy more credits of each type in the app, but it does not list a price per credit. If the two plans are read with annual billing as ten months of the monthly price, the yearly totals would be $400 and $800, but that is our arithmetic and not a figure Salesforge states.

How much does Salesforge cost per month for one person

One person starting out pays $40 a month on Pro. That covers one user, one LinkedIn sender, 1,000 active contacts and 5,000 emails a month, which fits a founder running a single campaign to a small list. The 300 validation and 300 personalization credits are the number to watch: they are the monthly allowance for checking addresses and for personalized first lines.

Salesforge add-ons that change the bill

Salesforge sells several things next to the two plans. These are the ones listed on the pricing page.

Add-onWhat the page shows
Agent Frank, the AI SDR $499 a month billed quarterly, 2,000 contacts a month included and $0.25 per contact after that
Email infrastructure A tier priced at $416 a month billed quarterly for up to 1,000 active contacts
Leadsforge, lead data An Essential plan at $49 a month in its example stack, with 100 free credits
Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge Mailbox and domain products. The page shows conflicting figures for them, so check the current price before you plan around one
Warmforge No price listed

We could not pin down a single price for the mailbox and domain products from the page, so the worked bill below leaves them out. If you buy mailboxes and domains from Salesforge, add that line yourself. If you already pay for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, you can connect them instead.

What a small team really pays for Salesforge

A worked example for a three-person team that needs about 2,500 new verified contacts a month and an email written for each. It covers software only, uses the published prices above and leaves out mailboxes, domains and the AI SDR.

SetupMonthly billing
Salesforge Growth, sending only $80
Growth plus a lead data plan at the $49 example price $129
Growth plus lead data, then extra validation and personalization credits $129 plus credit packs, price not published
ColdReach Growth, 3 members, 15 mailboxes $149
ColdReach Growth, billed yearly $74

Read it with the allowances in mind. Growth includes 1,000 validation credits and 1,000 personalization credits a month, so a team that wants 2,500 verified, personalized prospects needs more credits than the plan includes, and the price of those credits is not listed. ColdReach Growth includes 2,500 verified contacts, 5,000 AI-written emails and 5,000 verifications a month in the price shown. Full limits are on the cold email software pricing page.

Salesforge is still the cheaper sender. The comparison changes when the list, the verification and the writing are bought as well.

When Salesforge is the right buy and when it is not

Buy Salesforge when you already own a clean list, write your own copy, want unlimited mailboxes and warm-up, and like having LinkedIn steps in the same tool. It is the lower price for that job.

Look at something else when the real cost is the weeks spent finding prospects, checking addresses and writing first lines. That work is where a team plan with data and writing inside pays for itself, and it is the same pattern we describe in our best cold email software guide.

Once replies start turning into deals, the next cost is usually paperwork. A small team can set up contract management software before the first proposal goes out instead of after.

How much does Salesforge cost

Pro is $40 a month and Growth is $80 a month billed monthly, with annual billing advertised as two months free. Add-ons such as the AI SDR at $499 a month billed quarterly, lead data, mailboxes and domains are priced separately. Check its pricing page for current numbers.

Does Salesforge have a free trial

Yes. The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial limited to 50 contacts, 100 emails, 50 validation credits and 50 personalization credits, with warm-up and unlimited mailbox connections included.

Is Salesforge worth the price

It is worth it for a sender with a clean list who wants cheap volume and unlimited mailboxes. Teams that also need a prospect list, verification and personal first lines usually add several products and credit packs, which is where a single plan can cost less.

What is cheaper than Salesforge

For sending alone, few tools undercut $40 a month. For finding, verifying, writing and sending together, ColdReach Growth at $74 a month billed yearly replaces the sender, the list and the verifier in one plan.

Does Salesforge include email verification

Yes, as a monthly credit allowance: 300 validation credits on Pro and 1,000 on Growth. More credits can be bought in the app. ColdReach verifies every address before it enters a sequence, from 1,000 to 80,000 a month by plan.
