The Outreach plans price two things: how many emails you send each month and how many contacts you can upload. Connected email accounts and warmup are unlimited on every tier, which is why Instantly is popular with teams that run many mailboxes. Yearly billing saves about 20 percent on these plans.
How much is Instantly per month for a small team
For one founder or SDR, Growth at $47 a month covers 5,000 sends and 1,000 uploaded contacts. That is a short test: 1,000 contacts on a four-step sequence already uses most of the 5,000 sends. Teams that run outbound every week usually land on Hypergrowth at $97 a month, which raises the limits to 125,000 sends and 25,000 contacts.
Instantly lead database credits
Outreach plans do not include prospect data. Instantly's B2B lead database, which it describes as more than 450 million contacts, is paid for with credits on a separate subscription.

Credits are spent when you reveal and enrich contacts, and Instantly runs waterfall enrichment across several data providers. If you already buy data elsewhere, you can skip this product. If you do not, it roughly doubles the Outreach price.

What an Instantly setup really costs per month
Take a three-person SDR team that sends from 15 mailboxes. The software side is the Scale bundle at $194 a month, or Hypergrowth at $97 plus Supersonic credits at $97. Then come the costs outside the plan.
- Mailboxes. Unlimited accounts can be connected, but each Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox is still a paid seat, usually about $6 to $8 a month. Fifteen mailboxes add roughly $90 to $120.
