Saleshandy pricing plans and prices
These figures come from Saleshandy's public pricing page. Prices exclude taxes and can change, so confirm them on its site before you sign up.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | Active prospects | Emails a month | Lead finder credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $41 | $34 ($408 a year) | 2,000 | 6,000 | 1,500 |
| Pro | $99 | $76 ($912 a year) | 30,000 | 100,000 | 4,000 |
| Scale | $189 | $149 ($1,788 a year) | Unlimited, fair usage | 200,000 | 8,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
All three plans list unlimited email accounts and a 7-day free trial. On yearly billing the lead finder credits are granted up front, for example 18,000 on Starter, instead of month by month.
How much does Saleshandy cost per month for one person
One person starting out pays $41 a month, or $34 billed yearly, on Starter. That covers 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails, which is plenty for one sender. The limit you hit first is usually active prospects, not emails.
Saleshandy add-ons that change the bill
The plan price is not the whole bill if you do not already have mailboxes. Saleshandy sells email infrastructure separately: mailboxes at $2.99 to $3.99 each a month, plus $14 a year per domain.
| Setup | Mailboxes | Mailbox cost a month | Domain cost a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small test | 3 | about $9 to $12 | about $1.20 |
| One rep at full speed | 10 | about $30 to $40 | about $3.50 for 3 domains |
| Team of three | 30 | about $90 to $120 | about $9 for 9 domains |
Those figures are our arithmetic from the listed per-mailbox price and assume roughly three mailboxes per domain, which is a common setup. If you already pay for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, you can connect them without the add-on. Verification of the addresses you import is not described on the pricing page, so check how Saleshandy handles it, or budget for a separate verifier.
What a three-person team really pays for Saleshandy
A worked example for three reps who need about 2,500 new contacts a month and write their own emails. It covers software and mailbox add-ons only, and uses the published prices above.
| Setup | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Saleshandy Pro, own mailboxes | $99 | $76 |
| Saleshandy Pro plus 15 infrastructure mailboxes | about $144 to $159 | about $121 to $136 |
| ColdReach Growth, 3 members, 15 mailboxes | $149 | $74 |
| ColdReach Scale, up to 10 members | $499 | $249 |
Read it with the allowances in mind. Saleshandy Pro covers 4,000 lead credits and 100,000 emails, but your reps still write every message and the mailbox line is extra. ColdReach Growth includes 2,500 verified contacts, 5,000 AI-written emails and 5,000 verifications a month in the price shown, and its 15 mailboxes are connections to your own accounts. Full limits are on the cold email software pricing page.
Saleshandy pricing compared with an all-in-one plan
The detailed feature table is on our Saleshandy alternative page. In short:
| ColdReach | Saleshandy | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Starter $49 a month, or $24 billed yearly | Starter $41 a month, or $34 billed yearly |
| How you pay | Per team, members included by plan | Per plan, by prospects and emails |
| Prospect data | 500 to 40,000 verified contacts a month | Lead finder credits, 1,500 to 8,000 a month |
| Email written for each prospect | Yes, from each company's website, approved before the first send | Templates you write |
| Trial | Live demo writes 3 emails for your prospects | 7-day free trial |
Saleshandy wins on volume and on unlimited connected mailboxes, which suits agencies sending from many inboxes. ColdReach wins when the list and the writing are the bottleneck. When replies start arriving, an assistant that books the meetings, such as an AI office assistant that schedules meetings, keeps warm leads from going cold.

Does Saleshandy charge per user
The pricing page prices by plan, active prospects and emails sent rather than per seat, and lists unlimited email accounts on every plan. Check Saleshandy for any user limits on your tier.
